Jasmine St Cliere

Breath | Movement | Sound

Hi, I am Jasmine

Movement was my first love, and even from a young age, it fueled me. After graduating with a First Class BA Hons Degree in Contemporary Dance, I discovered that teaching, guiding others into their bodies, was my true calling. I soon left the mirrors behind and began moving with my eyes closed, attuning to something deeper.

My journey naturally expanded into holistic and therapeutic modalities. I first qualified as a yoga teacher in India, then trained in Reiki, Sound Therapy, and Somatics as my love for the healing arts grew. This work took me across the globe, facilitating wellbeing programs in the Caribbean, Ibiza, Tenerife, Crete, and Turkey. These experiences shaped my ability to connect with others across diverse paths and deepened my passion for integrative healing.

Now with over a decade in the wellness industry, I work as a trauma-informed somatic expert, bringing depth, compassion, and embodied wisdom to everything I do. Like many, the body hasn’t always felt like a safe place to be – and that’s exactly why my approach is both deeply personal and thoughtfully curated. I weave together principles from movement therapy, Eastern philosophy, and modern anatomy to offer a grounded, integrative approach to trauma-informed care.

Jasmine currently holds experiential sessions for studios, offices and her private clients around London. Whether in workshops, trainings, or retreats, her intention is always the same: to guide others back into connection with themselves, empowered by knowledge, supported by embodied tools, and rooted in a felt sense of safety and presence. Taking a therapeutic and tailored approach, Jasmine will bring you back into alignment with your body and remind you of your innate healing potential.
