Yoga & Movement Therapy

Jasmine uses a blend of different styles in her teaching and has a passion for the therapeutic approach. Using a combination of dynamic Vinyasa, restorative Yin and experiential anatomy the practice guides you towards a deeper understanding of your body and yourself.

Jasmine began therapeutic movement education with her contemporary dance degree back in 2015 and this evolved into further certification in Personal Training, Yoga and Somatics.
